1926 saw Percy Fudge open his craft bakery in the heart of rural Dorset where he rapidly gained a reputation for quality and innovation.
It's here that scrumptious cakes and delicious savoury and sweet biscuits are still passionately made by the third generation of his family using only the finest ingredients, sourced both locally and from around the world, to create an outstanding range that's still 'made the Fudges way'.

Our fresh new look has blossomed
We are thrilled to share with you, our fresh and exciting
new look. We've taken a simple approach which we hope you'll
love as much as we do. Our famous Fudges logo remains, but you'll notice some delicious new photography on the packs. It really is the best way to show the care and quality behind everything we bake without actually undoing the pack and, in case you hadn't noticed, we're really proud of all our biscuits and cakes so you can't really blame us for wanting to show them off can you? We've also introduced some vibrant, contemporary new colours and illustrations into our different product categories. Another reason why we've taken the opportunity to freshen up our packs is that we have been changing over our packaging in order to reduce our carbon footprint. At Fudges we are committed to a greener future.
