When we dreamt up the recipe for our exquisite Cheddar Wafers over 20 years ago, we had no idea what a unique delicacy we had created. Balancing a light creamy refinement with a crisp richness, our range of wafers has become one of our most versatile favorites. Straws
Created from 120 layers of folded pastry, nothing comes close to our Cheese Straws. We can say that without any hesitation. Not only are they irresistibly light and flaky, they are also packed, end to end, with the finest Cheddar cheese following our traditional recipe. Add to that, another delicate topping of cheese on the outside and we think you’ll find something special, the ultimate Cheese Straw.
