Your order will be delivered by 7 - 10 working days to the following locations only (you will be contacted for any additional charges):

- Zone 1
£6.50 to Mainland UK, Wales and lower parts of Scotland*

*orders over £20 qualify for free delivery only to Mainland UK, Wales and lower parts of Scotland

- Zone 2
£12.50 to the Isle of Wight

- Zone 3 
£16.00 to the rest of Scotland 

- Zone 4
£23.00 to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scilly Isles

- Zone 5 
£29.00 to Southern Ireland 

- Zone 6
£41.00 to Channel Islands

Returns Policy

- after receipt of goods

Once opened due to hygiene etc we are unable to return a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.

After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your goods and notified us accordingly.

You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or use a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.

Your Right to Cancel

If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt and then providing you are able to return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition.
